Shortly before I embarked on a month long tour of the country, I installed a Retract-A-Trike on my 2005 Goldwing.  It didn’t take me long to appreciate my new best friend.  I have been riding on and off for the last fifty three years and time has caught up with me.  The trip was a grueling 9,306 miles covering twenty three states in twenty nine days.  How I wish I had installed this device five years ago.

A loaded Goldwing with luggage and me aboard weighs in at close to 1,000 lbs and the old legs and ankles just aren’t what they used to be.  The low speed stability is a blessing but to have that kind of security and still be able to raise the wheels up and scoot through the curves and the switch backs is icing on the cake. Where they really shine is in rolling parking lots due to road construction or an accident.  The stop and go riding is no longer a problem. 

Am I really sold on this product?  Let me put it this way.  I will be representing Safety Features, Inc. in ten southeastern states.  That alone should speak volumes.  Nuff said
